These Terms of Use govern your use of the WorkLink app and services. By using WorkLink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
WorkLink is a platform designed to help connect workers and employers. WorkLink provides tools for users to create profiles, post work opportunities, search for workers or jobs, send work requests, and communicate after a connection is made.
WorkLink is only a technology platform. WorkLink does not employ workers, does not hire workers, does not supervise work, does not guarantee any job, and does not act as an employer, contractor, manpower agency, labor broker, agent, partner, or party to any agreement between users, unless expressly stated in writing.
Users are fully responsible for their profiles, job posts, work offers, work requests, messages, conduct, agreements, payments, safety arrangements, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users must use WorkLink only for lawful, safe, fair, and ethical purposes. Users must not use the app for illegal work, unsafe work, fraud, exploitation, discrimination, harassment, threats, violence, abuse, misleading information, unlawful employment, tax evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law or harms others.
WorkLink does not guarantee the identity, reliability, legality, quality, safety, availability, skills, licenses, insurance, payment, or conduct of any user, worker, employer, job, work request, or service. Users should verify all information independently before entering into any agreement.
Any agreement made between workers and employers is solely between those users. WorkLink is not responsible for payment disputes, work quality, injuries, damages, delays, cancellations, illegal work, labor law violations, tax issues, safety issues, or any other dispute or consequence arising from an agreement between users.
Unless WorkLink provides an official in-app payment service in the future, any payment arrangement is made directly between users and at their own responsibility. WorkLink is not responsible for unpaid work, overpayment, refunds, cash payments, invoices, taxes, or financial disputes between users.
Users are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions before meeting, hiring, working, traveling, or sharing personal information. Users should not perform unsafe or illegal work and should stop any interaction that feels suspicious, unsafe, or unlawful.
WorkLink may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts if we believe that a user violated these Terms, harmed another user, provided false information, used the app illegally, or created risk for the app or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkLink and its owners, operators, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial damages, or for disputes, losses, injuries, damages, illegal acts, unethical conduct, unsafe work, or agreements made between users.
WorkLink does not provide legal, employment, tax, insurance, or professional advice. Users should obtain independent advice when needed and must comply with the laws that apply to them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of WorkLink after updates means that you accept the updated Terms.
